Personal use
This is a personal, owner-operated reporting tool for a family’s authorized Canvas account. It is not a public school service, an official gradebook, or a service offered by Google or Instructure.
Authorization
Use requires authorization for the Canvas account and for the sending Gmail account. The operator is responsible for selecting authorized recipients, protecting credentials, and complying with applicable school and service-provider requirements.
Report limitations
Reports reflect the information available through Canvas at collection time. Grades, deadlines, teacher decisions, and submission records can change. Missing flags, paper-work receipt, external-platform completion, and conflicting records may require confirmation with the instructor. A report does not change a grade or submit an assignment.
Availability and stopping use
Reports can be delayed or interrupted by platform outages, expired or revoked credentials, limits, or configuration errors. The operator can pause the schedule or revoke account access at any time. Review the privacy policy for storage, sharing, and deletion details.
